Driver

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Aztec Events & Tents is looking to hire qualified Delivery Drivers. The basic functions of our Rental & Tent Installer Delivery Drivers are to deliver and assist the crew leader to set up tents, floors, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment in a manner consistent with the company’s mission. This position reports to the Crew Leader and Dispatchers and is directly accountable to the Dispatch Manager.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
  • Minimum 5-years driving experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience driving the class of a vehicle assigned, 24’ or 26’ box truck
  • Pass a MVR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus

 

Project Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager is responsible for seeing their jobs are executed in a manner consistent with the company’s mission, namely to satisfy our customer’s requirements, using our products and services. To successfully accomplish this mission, the Project Manager must plan and manage the construction and dismantling of jobs for the division, as well as ensure that operational personnel adhere to and monitor all proper safety and administrative policies as defined by the company.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3-years of increasingly responsible project management
  • Minimum 1-year in a position of managing no less than four direct report employees in an operational capacity
  • Preferred 1-3 years’ experience in the event/equipment rental or sporting event industry
  • Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate and work effectively with other employees, vendors, and outside professionals
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel if needed
