Inside Sales Event Specialist

Aztec Events & Tents is looking to hire a full-time, Inside Sales Event Specialist to join our experienced sales team. At Aztec, we believe every event should be unique. Our Event Specialists ensure customers events are portrayed exactly as they imagine. This position requires the dedication and desire to become an industry leading expert in colors, patterns, trends, mixing and matching.


  • 1-2 years’ experience in Event/Rental Industry

Outside Sales Event Specialist

Aztec Events & Tents is looking to hire an Outside Sales Event Specialist, which assist clients that are planning large-scale projects that require a site visit. This position is responsible for being out in the field finding new business and building their existing accounts. In addition, this position is responsible for exemplifying great customer service and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our inventory.


  • 3-5 years of industry related experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales role
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills
  • Tech Savvy, must be able to learn and operate Alert, PartyCAD, and other industry related software
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills


Outside Sales Support / Event Specialist

Aztec Events & Tents is looking to hire Outside Sales Support as an extension for the Outside Sales organization. This position will help manage all incoming project calls, schedule site visit appointments and complete administrative tasks for their Outside Sales partner. In addition, they will ensure all sales contracts are up-to-date and adjusted accordingly. This position will manage several projects with an understanding of our rental inventory and services to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage additional sales.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Event Specialist or Inside/Outside Sales role.
  • Industry knowledge and experience
  • Customer Service skills are a must
  • Must be able to work 50+ hour weeks during busy season
  • Must be tech savvy

Excellent multi-tasking skills



Aztec Events & Tents is looking to hire qualified Delivery Drivers. The basic functions of our Rental & Tent Installer Delivery Drivers are to deliver and assist the crew leader to set up tents, floors, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment in a manner consistent with the company’s mission. This position reports to the Crew Leader and Dispatchers and is directly accountable to the Dispatch Manager.


  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
  • Minimum 5-years driving experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience driving the class of a vehicle assigned, 24’ or 26’ box truck
  • Pass an MVR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
